As we feel empowered to break the mold in our individual lives, we create models for those around us to do the same.

adrienne maree brown calls this an “echo chamber of transformation,” and ours is the H&P™ Community Garden.

The truth is our garden has been growing for years. It started with the seed of an article written by Amber Rae, and was planted when Rae gave Morgan Shidler, the Founder of H&P™, the green light to take her idea and run with it. The seed rooted and started to sprout with Morgan as she iterated H&P™ and practiced it for years on her own. Her community encouraged, challenged, and supported her Kickstarter to launch in late 2019. The garden had a major bloom in 2020 with a weekly peer-learning group that started with the intention of meeting for 8 weeks, and ended up meeting for 2 years. Since then more small groups have been offered in weekly & monthly increments, and 100% of group members report their experience exceeded their expectations, helped them integrate the framework into their lives, and form meaningful relationships.

This garden now has lots of different kinds of plants, blooms, harvests, and possibilities. We have learned a ton about how peer-learning accelerates growth, builds connection, and increases the consistency of using H&P™.

We are excited to grow our garden this year by adding in-person & virtual groups for organizations, in-person retreats, and a new self-guided space to the continuing virtual groups. We really think there will be something for everyone looking to deepen their relationship to their H&P™ practice.

This growth has been a natural evolution from the existing elements in our garden, which mirrors the beautiful growth we see in our individual lives when we use H&P™. How beautiful.

In addition to what’s included in our Community Garden, we offer lots of ways to go deeper.

2024 Offerings

Weekly Watering Course

  • Join us for a weekly deep dive into the most transformative part of the H&P framework: the early pages for “prepping our soil.” This will be a hybrid of a course & peer-learning group.

Every year folks share the challenge of moving through these pages on their own, and we’re excited to go into depth together for the first time. This is a great offering for first year or seasoned H&P folks alike - as our exploration into the framework is always evolving. No matter where you are in your H&P practice, this offering will transform your experience this year!

Each session will have a brief presentation about the research behind the pages in the book, work & process time. By the end of the 12 weeks, the early pages will be complete with more intention than ever. Because this is a hybrid course & group, live attendance is not mandatory (tho highly encouraged!). All session recordings & information will be shared within each event page here for easy reference all year.

1-on-1 Coaching

  • 12 weeks of hourly sessions with Morgan Shidler, Founder of Hustle & Play, will transform your thinking, choices, and priorities. She will help you maximize your use of H&P by connecting your practice to your choices, helping you lead yourself in a more holistic and sustainable way.

This coaching package is for 12 50-min sessions geared towards working your way through the early pages of your guidebook, teaching you how to use it fully and effectively, and continuously weaving your values and your goals to your actions.

By the end of the 12 weeks you can expect deep transformation in every area of your life.

This package includes access to the Weekly Watering Course & a monthly peer-learing group.

Day & time will be decided amongst ourselves once you’ve set up your purchase plan.

Monthly Peer Learning Groups

  • We offer a variety of peer-learning groups for folks looking for different kinds of experiences.

Groups meet once a month for 90-min on zoom for the entire year.

Check out the different groups below. Day and time each month is subject to change based on the folks who sign up, but the first session will be as listed.
