Play is your birthright and foundational to heathy “soil” to grow everything else in your life. Together and individually you will reclaim your play in ways that surprise you all year. We teach you how to find your “play personality,” your “play values,” experiment with activities & prioritize time for it in your schedule. You get to see how it makes everything better.

You have big dreams and the world needs your medicine. We teach you how to align what you do with what you value. This is where our research-backed framework & signature guidebook comes in. You learn to weave everything into your life in ways that feel spacious and free.

You should plan for the monthly constellation calls to begin on the 2nd Thursday @ 5pm PT. The only exception is Jan. 19th for our 1st call together.
Beyond that, you can do as much or as little in our Community Garden as you desire:
weekly sessions to stay on track with your guidebook
weekly “study hall” to work independently in your book
monthly peer-learning groups for entrepreneurship, romantic partners, & a deeper look at concepts within H&P
monthly calls about everything from astrology to money mindset to witch craft

We will gather in-person for a weekend full of connection, intention and PLAY. This is a great way to spend time in your book, discuss and align how you want your practice to feel, and meet the H&P community.
This is optional but highly recommended!
spring

Through the monthly coaching & cohort calls you’ll begin to feel how your actions align & misalign in new ways.
You’ll be able to distinguish between you core & manifestation values, while experimenting with how to put them to practice.

With a monthly coaching call from Morgan, and an H&P teammate within the Community Garden - you will have ample ways to dive deep into your individual dreams & desires for the year.

Through monthly calls & a private group chat, your 2026 constellation will be deepening connection & learning while witnessing & sharing together as you go.

Between the epic group chats, the weekly & monthly calls, the IRL events, & the annual PLAY Challenge - your new friends are waiting for you to join the fun.
Summer

Summer is for PLAY! As you make your way through the lightest & brightest time of the year, you will align with how that feels in a way you never have before.

Working your guidebook practice into your travel schedule & the changing seasons is one of the most challenging parts in your first year.
We make this fun by creating a game to bring photos of your book with you this summer!

By the summer your coaching sessions & time with your H&P teammate will have a momentum that feels rooted & connected to your dreams.

You are starting to find your way in the various offerings. Perhaps you have spent time with a few members in real life. You are starting to see what's possible for your garden with these like-minded people helping you grow it. It feels amazing and you feel hopeful for what the future can bring.
Fall
-
By fall your work in your guidebook & in community produces a harvest of some kind. This time of year is juicy with reflection, understanding of how your manifestation values actually work in your life vs. how you began your journey in the beginning of the year.

With 3 seasons of attunement & practice in your guidebook & in community, you will have implemented some new behaviors. These behaviors will be in service of who you are becoming and will last far beyond this year - fall is when you notice how these behaviors have helped you build your dream life little by little.

You will close out the year with intentional honoring of the coaching & H&P teammate process.

We will conclude 2026 together in community, honoring the journey we took together as a constellation & a community at large.
You will decide if you want to become a monthly member of the community for the following year.

Starting with our Weekly Watering Course - this 12-week course follows the first 30 pages of the guidebook, and gives space for background, explanation & connection for each section. Folks complete the course ready for the year with specific, measurable dreams to grow all year.

Every 1st Wednesday we gather for the Starbody Forecast with Ferris Givins (member since 2022) of Inhale Exhale Wellness. Ferris gives us the astrology for the month ahead as we integrate it into our guidebook.
Every 2nd Tuesday Shumsha Hanif-Cruz (member since 2020) guides us through deeper parts of the H&P framework.

These are monthly events to gather with folks based on playful topics relevant to our H&P practice. Themes have ranged from sex to fashion to movement and more.

You’re not just signing up for a program. You’re choosing a year of support, play, and alignment. Here’s what most women ask before they join the Constellation

Spiritual leaders, creatives, healers, entrepreneurs, dreamers, and leaders of all kind thrive here.
If you are a heart-led woman or gender fluid person who is in one of these spaces or in active retirement you are likely a great fit.

Ooooh we love this question - how much time do you have!? Between the defined framework to follow and do your own work to the play filled community - this is where you get to put all that work to practice with other women who have done that work too.
Our community is a respite for folks who have done “their work” and often feel a little isolated in their friend groups or families amongst folks who haven’t. This is where you inspired and get inspired by women who have done just as much (or more!) therapy than you, are running experiments in their lives that blow you away, and will crack you up while you do it.

We will co-create these together, but generally speaking, if you resonate with most of this, you likely share these intentions:
community oriented & willing to contribute to a growing ecosystem
excited to meet new people, support their businesses, projects & possibly collaborate
ambitious, heart-led, optimistic, visionary, spiritually-minded
actively want to disrupt systems of white supremacy & capitalism by dreaming into what is possible in a new world

We ask that you be present for at least 10/12 of the Constellation Calls all year. These calls are essential for community building and connection, so attendance is really important and why they are scheduled so far out. We ask that you block that time off well in advance so we can co-create our sacred space.
The remaining calls in the H&P community are optional.

While this is not ideal as the in-person gatherings are where the deepest connections are built, this doesn’t impact your ability to build with us in the constellation. We understand there are LOTS of reasons that might not be in the cards for you, so please just make that known when you apply.

This is a chance for you to get personalized attention throughout the year, focus specifically on your practices that you want to build, and get really explicit about your dreams.
The coaching relationship is co-created. Morgan’s coaching style is playful and challenging - be prepared to identify your values and work towards them.

Things happen and of course if you need to leave early, we support you whole-heartedly.
All we ask is to give you a proper closing with the group if possible.

At the end of the year we will hold a closing ceremony together to honor the journey together. This will outline a clear path of integration going forward.
You will be invited into an H&P monthly membership, where you can decide if you want to continue to journey with the Community at varying levels of participation and price points.

This is wonderful! We often say you’re already in your dream life and we’re simply refining as we go.
You’re welcome here even if you’re confused/burned out/rebuilding season. You don’t have to be “clear,” this clarity is something we grow together.
Our Constellation is simply a mirror and a muse - as your roots deepen, your light expands.
This is where your dream life comes a bit more into focus and it’s FUN in the process!

We do not have the sponsorships or resources for that yet, but we would love to work towards this. If you can connect us to any organizations who might support us in that please do.
In the meantime we offer the program at sliding scale with a guideline to self select the right price point for you.

There will be no refunds offered. We are a tiny business and keep the cost to our program as low as we possibly can. There are always exceptions due to circumstances of illness, death & disasters beyond your control.

There is an entrepreneur constellation you can join if you want, but not required.
