We believe we must fully commit to ourselves before we can make sustainable progress. This is how we tend to the soil of our garden. Building a practice with our signature guidebook is central to our program: we use it to stay in relationship with ourselves, while teaching us to play every day. With 300+ pages of activities for time management, strengths-based journal prompts, habit tracking, gratitude practice, and more - this is the most effective, efficient & fun way to keep us aligned with our values and name the dream life we are growing every day.

We believe meaningful relationships are a core tenant of a healthy garden. And when healthy plants & soil share resources, a dynamic & diverse community garden is possible.
We’ve learned that dream lives are grown when we connect to each other in facilitated, brave & playful ways. We understand that this kind of participation is new for most of us, and we’ve made it our mission to make this experience fun, easy, meaningful, and diverse.
Our garden is growing all the time whether it’s in our online space with group chats & endless resources, or in-person at our retreats & workshops

When we do our work individually & collectively, our dreams get bigger & bolder.
As we make our way with H&P throughout the year, and eventually year over year - we see our dreams evolve quite a bit. Our garden feels healthier, a little more predictable & sustainable. This helps us imagine what could be possible in lots of new ways.
We take greater risks aligned with our highest selves, often in service of our communities. The positive impact of us finding the edges of our dream life benefits everyone around us, feeding a much more playful, present world.
