Miscellaneous
You will be invited to digital detox during our structured times. It isn’t mandatory, but perhaps consider how leaving your phone for large portions of the day might serve your nourishment for the weekend.
Lisa & I will be taking photos throughout the weekend to be used for various promo for H&P. If you prefer not to be photographed we cannot promise you won’t be included in some, but please let me know and we’ll do our best.
Alcohol and cannabis won’t be served at the retreat as a part of the container we are creating together. If you are choosing to consume on your own time, please be mindful of the ways this might impact the group (ie change in personality, hungover, tiredness, etc.).
